职位描述(Key Responsibilities)

1.Architect, design, build and maintenance Internet and Intranet sites by using Microsoft SharePoint Server;

2.Design and execute performance and functional tests and document the results;

3.Supporting SQL & SharePoint deployments and configurations;

4.Research potential new use cases, new software and technologies;

5.Attend regular meetings and provide updates to management;

6.Be a technical resource for develop plans, participate in implementation and test, perform site management etc;

7.Follow the Agile Scrum Methodology;

8.Ensure that the quality of your work is up to CMMI5.

任职资格(Qualifications)

1.Experience with PHP or ASP.NET, MySQL / SQLServer, AJAX, Javascript

2.In-depth knowledge of Microsoft SQL and/or SharePoint

3.Strong communicative and report writing skills

4.Ability to work in a team is essential

5.Able to handle multiple projects of moderate complexity simultaneously

6.Shows initiative and may lead projects

7.Fluency in English is a must have (spoken and written)

8.Knowledge of testing tools for SQL & SharePoint desirable

9.Experience with Scrum software development methodology desirable but not essential

10.Company hardware & software knowledge desirable but not essential

11.Tableless WebDesign, CSS, Photoshop, Dreamweaver or Eclipse PDT desirable but not essential

12.Quick-learning, good logic analysis skills;

13.Detail-oriented, self-motivated and strong responsibility and flexibility under work pressure;
