职位描述(Key Responsibilities)
- Planning and coordination of proposal/SOW/Scope of work/Estimate/Approach document preparation for qualified opportunities;
- Be the liaison between various stakeholders like customer, subsidiary, engagement and delivery teams for qualified opportunities;
- Adherence and implementation of laid down procedures & quality standards for deliverables;
- Manages and communicates a clear vision of the project objectives, and motivates the project team to achieve them; creates a project environment that enables peak performance by team members;
- Participates in the project planning activities and manages the execution of projects according to plan;
- Proactively identifies changes in work scope and ensures appropriate planning measures are taken with internal and external stakeholders to reassess and amend the scope of work requirements, budget and timeline;
- Analyze risk, establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibilities for initiating mitigating action. Escalate issues early about the project to account management;
- Manages relationships with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations.
任职资格(Qualifications)
- B.S. in Japanese, English, Computer science, Information technology or equivalent;
- Excellent ability of oral and written Japanese and English or equivalent is required;
- Experience with SCRUM/PMI project management;
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Server is a plus;
- Quick-learning, good logic analysis skills;
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated and strong responsibility and flexibility under work pressure.
